Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a Louisville-based manufacturing client in their search for a strategic Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. The CFO will partner with the President to provide financial leadership, forecasting, and operational support to drive growth and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior finance roles in manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and operational finance.
• Experience supporting company growth, organizational scaling, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in privately held or family-owned manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.

LHH is assisting our Louisville manufacturing client in their search for strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will serve as a key partner to the President and executive team, providing financial leadership, strategic guidance, and operational support to ensure the long-term success of the organization. This executive will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, banking relationships, IT and HR while helping build the infrastructure and processes needed to support continued growth and scalability.
