Job summary

Brose North America Inc. is seeking a senior finance and commercial operations leader to define and drive the North American regional commercial administration strategy.

You will set measurable targets, analyze regional performance, and ensure IFRS-compliant reporting across the North American plants and locations. The role requires 10+ years of experience, fluent business English and German, and a background in the automotive sector within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in automotive industry is preferred in a global organization.
• Knowledge of local taxes and accounting principles, finance and controlling.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define the North American regional commercial administration strategy.
• Define and track measures to achieve strategic and operational targets in the region.
• Ensure continuous results and cost improvements in the region.
• Ensure result consolidation in the region on an accrual basis according to IFRS.
• Analyze and provide controlling-relevant information of the region.
• Validate and ensure standardized reporting.
• Secure compliance with Brose principles while considering regional requirements.
• Identify cross-divisional best practices and recommend integration in group standards.
• Perform project acquisition including the release process.
• Collaborate in preparing business plans for new North American locations.
• Ensure IT support structure for plants in the region.

Your Tasks

• Determine and define the North American regional commercial administration strategy based on the Group’s commercial administration strategy
• Define and track measures to achieve the strategic and operational targets in the region
• Ensure continuous results and cost improvements in the region
• Ensure result consolidation in the region on an accrual basis according to IFRS
• Analyze and provide controlling-relevant information of the region
• Validate and ensure of standardized reporting
• Secure compliance with Brose principles while considering regional requirements
• Identify cross-divisional best practice approaches and recommending possible integration in group-wide standards
• Performing and ensuring project acquisition including the relevant release process
• Collaborating in the preparation of business plans for new locations in the North American region.
• Ensuring the IT support structure for plants in the region

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in related field or equivent related experience.
• More than than 10 years of expereince
• Preferably experience within the automotive industry in a global/international organization
• Preferably knowledge of local taxes and accounting principles, finance and controlling
• Communication skills
• English – business fluency
• German – business fluency
