The United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology (USCAP) is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join its senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned executive to help lead and strengthen the operational backbone of a globally respected nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing pathology education and innovation.
Position Overview
The Chief Finance and Administrative Officer provides strategic oversight across five critical areas or departments:
This role supervises a team that includes the Director of Information Technology and Facilities, Director of Member Services, Senior Staff Accountant, Foundation Development Manager, Executive Administrative Assistant, and external consultants.

Additional Information
· This is an On-site role based in Palm Springs; CA. Regular on-site presence is required - Relocation stipend available for qualified candidates
· Travel to USCAP meetings and events is expected several times per year.
· Employment is at-will and contingent on passing a background check.
