Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Field Operations to lead field operations across multiple offices in the Southeast. You will drive consistency, workforce development, and operational excellence while partnering with executive leadership to ensure safe, efficient project execution across education, healthcare, stadiums, high-rise, and other major commercial masonry projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive field operations and construction leadership experience.
• Extensive experience within commercial masonry construction strongly preferred.
• Experience leading field operations across multiple projects, offices, or markets.
• Ability to establish operational standards and drive accountability across decentralized teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for field operations across multiple offices and regions.
• Establish and maintain consistent field operating standards and best practices.
• Partner on manpower planning, scheduling, and resource needs across regions.
• Monitor productivity, project execution, and operational trends company-wide.
• Develop scalable field processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Mentor Superintendents and field leaders and support succession planning.
