Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret codes.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and coordinate with other departments.
• Supervise safety programs and ensure use of protective equipment.
• Monitor and control department budget and daily expenditures.
• Inspect facilities for upkeep and safety, and report deficiencies.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of hazardous chemicals and MSDSs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and supervise contracted work.
