Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality, events, or private clubs.
• Proven leadership in events sales and revenue generation.
• Strong network in Austin's creative and cultural scenes.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Curate an inspiring calendar of events spanning wellness, music, arts, culture, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
• Oversee private event bookings, proposals, negotiations, and contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a highly visible on-site presence and actively host members to foster connections.
• Manage programming budgets, event expenses, and overall revenue performance.
