This pivotal role will help launch and operate an exclusive club designed to offer unparalleled service and experiences for a discerning membership base.

Qualifications

• Extensive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or upscale venues.
• Pre-opening and private events experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Able to manage labor and operations with clear judgment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily Club operations and ensure spaces are prepared and staffed to Nova standards.
• Oversee FOH service across bars, lounges, and dining spaces; align with BOH.
• Collaborate with Head of Programming & Events for member events without disrupting service.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; conduct preshifts; foster a collaborative culture.
• Serve as acting General Manager when needed and manage budgets within targets.
