San Antonio for Growth on the Eastside, Inc. (SAGE) is seeking to hire a Chief Executive Officer.

SAGE champions investments that improves the quality of life for individuals, families, neighborhoods, and businesses on San Antonio’s Eastside.

The Chief Executive Officer will report to the SAGE Board and will be responsible for carrying out the strategic plans and policies as established by the SAGE board. The CEO has overall accountability, responsibility, and authority for the management of the business and affairs of SAGE in accordance with the organization’s by-laws, strategic plan, and objectives adopted and approved by the board and subject to oversight by the board. The CEO directs the organization to meet the requirements of the funders and SAGE clients, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The general purpose of the position is to oversee all SAGE operations, functions, and activities, and act as the primary spokesperson of the organization, and provides the strategic direction and vision.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree a must.

Salary: Starts at $75k, and will commensurate with experience.
