Aspiranet is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to advance its mission of serving children, youth, and families. The CEO will guide strategy, culture, and operations, align programs with board-approved direction, and ensure financial health and sustainability.

The client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer, the senior executive responsible for the enterprise’s mission, culture, strategy, financial health, and operational excellence. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and leads the organization alongside an experienced executive team, translating board-approved strategic direction into measurable organizational results while personally stewarding the organization’s most critical external relationships, long-term sustainability, and community standing.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors and all board committees, attending board and committee meetings, and ensuring timely preparation and distribution of accurate meeting materials and documentation. The CEO provides regular written reports covering operations, financial performance, program outcomes, and other relevant matters, and proactively advises the Board on emerging risks, opportunities, and mission-critical issues. The CEO also supports an engaged and effective Board through recruitment, development, and retention efforts aligned with the organization’s mission and the communities served.
The CEO will lead, develop, and evaluate the executive team by establishing clear expectations for organizational management and day-to-day operations. In this role, the CEO is expected to reinforce a values-driven culture characterized by respect, integrity, courage, and hope, and to ensure agency operations are conducted within Board standards, policies, and approved budgets. The organization serves children, youth, and families through a broad range of programs, and the CEO will help ensure these services continue to be delivered effectively and sustainably.
