Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2–3 years in a senior management role.
• Bachelor’s or higher with responsibilities in hospital operations, budget development, analysis, and program development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
• Foster a work environment that empowers the hospital and staff to exceed objectives.
• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess performance.
• Lead patient census management and market services within the community.
• Promote inclusivity and diversity in patient care and the workplace.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstrated by responsibilities such as overseeing hospital operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Senior Management position.
• May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts.
• May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled day(s)/shifts.
