Qualifications

• Ability to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts; holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Joint Commission standards; lead a culture of inclusion.
• Drive patient access, service lines, and community engagement to advance the Encompass Health mission.

Qualifications

• Master'sDegreeinBusinessAdministration,HealthcareAdministration,orarelatedhealthcare field (preferred).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstratedbyresponsibilitiessuchasoverseeinghospitaloperations,budgetdevelopment, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Fiveyearsofmanagementexperienceinthehealthcareindustry,withaminimumof2-3yearsin a Senior Management position.
• Mayberequiredtoworkweekdaysand/orweekends,eveningsand/ornightshifts.
• Mayberequiredtoworkonreligiousand/orlegalholidaysonscheduleddays/shifts.
