The company is currently pre-commercial and has a strong technical and clinical foundation already in place. The incoming CEO will take ownership of fundraising, commercial strategy, and operational leadership.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the company as it transitions from R&D to commercial execution
• Creating and driving the investor narrative and leading follow-on fundraising
• Building early commercial strategy (pricing, GTM and partnerships)
• Hiring and developing the initial commercial and operational leadership team
• Working closely with the founder and technical leadership to translate innovation into market value
• Acting as the primary external face of the company with investors, partners and key customers

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a CEO who has already operated in early-stage, venture-backed environments. The preferred candidate will have:
