Qualifications

• Experience raising venture or growth capital as a CEO or senior operator.
• Operated in early-stage, venture-backed environments.
• Comfortable operating without infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leading the company as it transitions from R&D to commercial execution.
• Creating and driving the investor narrative and leading follow-on fundraising.
• Building early commercial strategy (pricing, GTM and partnerships).
• Hiring and developing the initial commercial and operational leadership team.
• Working closely with the founder and technical leadership to translate innovation into market value.
• Acting as the primary external face of the company with investors, partners and key customers.

Experience in the dental industry

Ability to work productively with a founder transitioning into a non-CEO role
