You will oversee cross-functional alignment across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial operations, while structuring strategic partnerships and a liquidity-focused plan. The role requires a proven CEO track record in start-ups or early-stage medtech, with a history of revenue growth, partnerships, and value-creating exits.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in implantable or long-term indwelling devices.
• Proven start-up/early-stage CEO experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of scaling revenue in growth-stage medtech.
• Experience structuring third-party commercial agreements.
• Direct involvement in acquisitions or liquidity events.
• Credibility with boards, regulators, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and governance for a liquidity-focused exit.
• Establish and scale third-party commercial partnerships.
• Oversee capital-raise activities and investor relations as needed.
• Align clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and commercial operations.
• Position the company for a value-creating liquidity event.
• Build and mentor a high-performance management team.
