A growing, mission-driven provider of residential and home care services is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO)to lead the organization's strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term growth. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while overseeing multiple residential programs, a home care division, and a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. The CEO will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to strengthen operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive financial performance, and foster a collaborative, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership while advancing the organization's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain a positive organizational culture focused on quality care and employee engagement.
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential homes and a home care division.
- Provide leadership for more than 50 employees across multiple programs and locations.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor organizational performance, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing residential and home care services.
- Maintain required licenses, certifications, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and organizational performance to ensure long-term financial stability.
- Evaluate financial results, approve major expenditures, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Business Development & Community Engagement
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for organizational growth, program expansion, and new partnerships.
- Represent the organization at professional and community events.
Quality Improvement
- Lead quality assurance initiatives focused on improving client outcomes and service delivery.
- Monitor operational metrics, client satisfaction, and compliance standards.
- Address concerns and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of senior leadership experience within home care, residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations and managing diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, budgeting, and financial management.
- Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Competitive base salary up to $115,000, based on experience.
