Job summary

Masis Professional Group seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to guide strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term growth across residential and home care programs in New Hampshire. You will lead a multi-site organization, shaping a people-first culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

The role oversees a team of 50+ employees, drives quality care, and partners with ownership to strengthen operations and expand services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of senior leadership experience within home care, residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations and managing diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing residential and home care services.
  • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and organizational performance to ensure long-term financial stability.
  • Evaluate financial results, approve major expenditures, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for organizational growth, program expansion, and new partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at professional and community events.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives focused on improving client outcomes and service delivery.
  • Monitor operational metrics, client satisfaction, and compliance standards.
  • Address concerns and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

A growing, mission-driven provider of residential and home care services is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO)to lead the organization's strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term growth. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while overseeing multiple residential programs, a home care division, and a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. The CEO will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to strengthen operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive financial performance, and foster a collaborative, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
