• Master's degree preferred; proof of healthcare leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree with experience in overseeing hospital ops, budgeting, marketing, and compliance.
• Minimum five years in healthcare management with 2–3 years in a senior role.
• May require weekdays/weekends; evenings or night shifts; holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Master'sDegreeinBusinessAdministration,HealthcareAdministration,orarelatedhealthcare field (preferred).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstratedbyresponsibilitiessuchasoverseeinghospitaloperations,budgetdevelopment, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Fiveyearsofmanagementexperienceinthehealthcareindustry,withaminimumof2-3yearsin a Senior Management position.
• Mayberequiredtoworkweekdaysand/orweekends,eveningsand/ornightshifts.
• Mayberequiredtoworkonreligiousand/orlegalholidaysonscheduleddays/shifts.
