Qualificações

• 10+ years of ethics and compliance experience in the US.
• Experience in Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries.
• Experience in multinational and multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of major international anti‑corruption laws and healthcare-related regulations in the US and Canada.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and advise senior leaders on ethics matters.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and oversee NA EBI program implementation and enhancement including policies, training, risk assessments, and related initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice and support to the NA leadership team on ethics and compliance matters.
• Establish and maintain EBI governance and NA regional oversight.
• Lead the implementation of the Third-Party Compliance Program.
• Support and/or conduct investigations under Global Investigations oversight and recommend actions.
• Monitor, identify, and mitigate ethics and compliance risks for NA and beyond NA.
• Oversee remediation and continuous improvement plans and collaborate with Global EBI team.
