Qualifications

• 10+ years of ethics and compliance experience in the US
• Experience in healthcare or consumer goods industries
• Strong knowledge of major international anti-corruption laws
• Ability to assess risks and guide remediation actions

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of the NA Ethics & Business Integrity program
• Provide strategic advice to NA leadership on ethics and compliance
• Establish governance and oversight for NA EBI
• Oversee Third-Party Compliance Program and investigations where needed
