Sanofi in the United States is seeking a visionary Head of Global Ethics and Business Integrity Principles, Learning and Communications. You will lead the EBI strategy, evolve the Code of Conduct, manage global learning programs, and drive AI-enabled analytics to improve training effectiveness across geographies.

You will oversee learning governance, cooperate with Risk Management, and build a high-performing global team while partnering with senior executives to advance ethics and integrity

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading global compliance principles and learning programs in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, with LMS analytics experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for compliance learning and data-driven personalization.
• Experience designing concise compliance principles, procedures, and guidance.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a large global matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence senior executives and present to leadership.
• Minimum 10–12 years in life sciences or compliance with global teams.

Aufgaben

• Evolve the Code of Conduct with leadership, including global rollout communications and training.
• Oversee Global Compliance Learning modules and governance, including exemption management.
• Design and deploy global compliance learning programs using needs analysis and instructional design.
• Drive the global EBI communications strategy and calendar for proactive compliance messaging.
• Leverage AI and analytics to modernize a data-driven learning ecosystem.
• Support regional compliance teams with strategic guidance and resources.
• Set the global strategy for EBI principles and procedures with Global Risk Owners.
• Represent the compliance learning segment within the Enterprise Learning Advisory Board.
• Oversee conflict of interest and disclosure programs, including integration of new acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Risk Management to align learning priorities with enterprise risk assessments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across regions.
