I am seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to lead estimating operations across complex commercial and industrial mechanical projects supporting mission-critical environments including data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and education.

This leadership role will oversee the full estimating lifecycle across bids and awarded work while helping standardize estimating procedures, tools, training, and best practices across the organization.

We’re looking for professionals with experience in:

• Conceptual budgeting and detailed cost estimating
• Subcontractor and supplier bid management
• Constructability review and risk analysis
• Quantity takeoffs and change pricing
• Leading estimating teams in fast-paced environments

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction operations
