Job summary

Engtal is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its growing preconstruction team. This role will lead estimates for ground-up and expansion projects, focusing on industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

You will develop detailed takeoffs, manage bids from concept through GMP, coordinate with operations and design teams, and drive value engineering while identifying risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience within the construction industry.
• Experience estimating large-scale industrial or technically complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, means and methods, and subcontractor markets.
• Ability to independently manage estimates and multiple active pursuits.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with industry-standard estimating, takeoff, and bid management software.
