Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership or chief role.
• Deep understanding of local subcontractor market.

Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $20M to $500M.
• Oversee a team of estimators.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors.
