Job description

I am partnering with a 25-year-old Multifamily GC.

They are known for the construction of high-quality multifamily housing (type III and type V).

Typical projects range from 50 to 200 units, with project values anywhere between $20 million and $70 million – all projects based in LA County.

Due to relocation, their Chief Estimator is leaving the business after a long period of time – I am searching for his replacement.
