Job summary

Good co India seeks an experienced management consultant to lead end-to-end engagements in strategy, transformation, and operational improvement for diverse clients in the United States. You will develop structured hypotheses, analyze data, and present actionable recommendations to CXOs.

You will own project delivery, mentor teams of analysts and consultants, build business cases and transformation roadmaps, and identify growth opportunities through proposals and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years in management/strategy consulting or related roles.
• Proven track record managing large, complex engagements.
• Experience working with CXOs and senior executives.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach consulting teams.
• Strong commercial orientation with business development experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools.
• MBA/PGDM preferred; undergrad in engineering/business/economics/finance.
• Able to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and optimization.
• Develop hypotheses, research markets, analyze data, and translate insights into actions.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and act as trusted advisor to CXOs.
• Own project delivery: scope, timelines, quality, risks, budgets, communication.
• Lead and mentor analysts, consultants, and managers for high-quality deliverables.
• Develop business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Identify growth opportunities, contribute to proposals and RFPs, and nurture client relationships.
• Present findings to senior management through executive presentations.
• Drive implementation of recommendations and track realized value.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development, methodologies, and best practices.
