Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 15 years in enterprise technology.
Minimum 10 years as a strategic enterprise leader overseeing end-to-end enterprise applications.
Experience owning large-scale, enterprise application portfolios (budget, lifecycle, vendor management).
Proven success leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and KPIs.
Extensive experience with governance, delivery assurance, risk management, and continuity planning.

Establish enterprise governance, stage gates, and delivery standards.
Lead PMO assurance and reporting across major technology programs.
Drive delivery maturity and cross-functional accountability.
