You will develop technology roadmaps, prioritize demand, and lead both internal teams and an outsourced partner to deliver high-quality software across the SAP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent and strong knowledge of operational processes in utilities.
• Experience leading vendor teams and outsourced development/support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP ecosystem applications (e.g., S4 EAM, FICO, SRM, GIS, OMS, SAP BTP/Fiori apps).
• Oversee full SDLC with agile and DevOps practices; manage internal and vendor teams.
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and drive prioritization.
