Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. is seeking an IT business partner to manage SAP and related solutions across the Operations teams. You will develop technology roadmaps, prioritize demand, and lead both internal teams and an outsourced partner to deliver high-quality software across the SAP ecosystem.

This role serves as the IT business partner that manages support for technology with the Operations teams. This role is accountable for developing and managing technology roadmaps, demand prioritization, system enhancement delivery, and application stewards

This role oversees the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for SAP and other solutions, from planning and design through deployment and ongoing optimization. This role manages both an internal team and an outsourced vendor partner, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance across all delivery streams. Acting as both a strategic leader and operational driver, this position is responsible for building strong partnerships with business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering continuous improvement of the SAP and application platforms to meet evolving business and customer
