Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN), parent company of Liberty, seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy to translate strategy into operating rhythms, cross-functional plans, and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with analytics, IT, regulatory, legal, finance, operations, OPCos, and external stakeholders to strengthen execution discipline and deliver data-driven insights. In this role you’ll drive governance, risk management, and performance reporting while building trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in enterprise strategy or similar
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and governing requirements

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, rhythms and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate multi-year and in-year roadmap execution tied to business value.
• Deploy a lean operating model to improve accountability and visibility.
• Support regulatory strategy across CAO Shared Services with leadership.
• Coordinate governance, readiness plans, ownership models and accountability.
• Manage materials for testimony, exhibits, and executive briefing content.
• Drive day-to-day cross-functional alignment across multiple functions.
• Develop executive communications and stakeholder engagement content.
