Job summary

NC State University is seeking a Senior Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and Services to provide strategic leadership of the university’s enrollment enterprise. You will shape enrollment strategy, oversee capacity, and align programs across colleges to support student access and success.

Reporting to the Provost, you will champion data-informed decision-making, collaborate with academic and administrative leaders, and guide initiatives that advance NC State’s land-grant mission and

Qualifications

• Minimum education: post-baccalaureate degree with at least ten years of leadership in higher education.
• Senior leadership experience in enrollment management with strategy, operations, and outcomes.
• Ability to lead change, build partnerships, and use data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with data analytics, forecasting, and enrollment technology.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across organizational boundaries.
