Job summary

NC State University is seeking a Senior Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and Services in Raleigh. You will provide strategic leadership for enrollment strategy, capacity planning, and student success, guiding analytics, policy, and services to align with NC State’s land‑grant mission.

You will collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to anticipate enrollment trends, expand access, and ensure sustainable enrollment and high‑quality student experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in enrollment management or a closely related higher education function.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive enrollment strategies that align priorities with student demand.
• Ability to lead within decentralized organizations using data and organizational insight to inform senior-level decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across organizational boundaries.
• Commitment to educational opportunity, public service, and NC State's land-grant mission.
