Job summary

This executive role drives innovation, maintenance, capital planning, automation, and technical services to ensure high quality production and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience (executive level).
• Experience in contract manufacturing/personal care/CPG industries.
• Multi-site and capital investment program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-site engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee capital budget, ROI analyses, and project timelines.
• Lead maintenance, reliability, and facilities programs.
• Mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards compliance (FDA, ISO, GMP, OSHA).
