Qualifications
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience taking complex products from concept to production and commercialization.
- Strong mechanical engineering background with exposure to hydraulics/pneumatics and electro-mechanical systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Greater Milwaukee, WI area.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering organization, set departmental priorities and mentor staff.
- Drive new product development from concept through detailed design, testing and production launch.
- Improve project timelines via robust design reviews and structured workflows.
- Provide executive technical direction across mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and PLC/control systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales to solve field challenges and improve manufacturability.
