Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in a supervisory role within critical facilities, hands-on experience with UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgear, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Primary Location:Med Plaza II - UMCAddress:250 E LibertyLouisville, KY 40202Shift:Job Description Summary:The chief engineer is responsible for ensuring that the building is maintained as a pleasing, professional business environment, with minimal disruption to building tenants and visitors. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
