Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.# **Additional Job Description:**Education:* High School Diploma or GEDExperience:* 10+ years related work experience, including supervisory experience (required)* Must have hands-on experience in a critical facility, including UPS Systems, emergency generators, and switch-gear (required)License:* Current Valid Driver’s License must be maintained (required)
