Qualifikationen

• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or lead experience.
• At least five (5) years related building maintenance experience with emphasis on maintenance, repair and semi-skilled craftsman of various building trades, including plumbing, electrical and painting.
• Preferred: Over six (6) years progressive experience at a senior level in a hospital facilities department. Two (2) or more years experience supervising others.
