Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university.
15+ years in engineering with 5+ years in senior strategic or architectural leadership.
At least 3 years coordinating planning with Government senior leadership.
Proven multi-year technology strategy and roadmap experience for large enterprises.
DoD acquisition processes and MBSE/DevSecOps/AI integration experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Digital Engineering transformation leadership, incl. digital twins or simulation-based methods.
Innovation leadership and R&D project delivery from concept to implementation.
Experience in full systems life cycle, strategic planning, and project management.
Experience mentoring employees to drive value and improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university
15+ years of progressive experience in engineering
At least 5 years in a senior strategic or architectural leadership role
At least 3 years of experience orchestrating and executing planning events with key stakeholders, including Government senior leadership
Proven experience developing and implementing a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for a large-scale enterprise
Experience with DoD acquisition processes and long-range strategic planning
Experience implementing Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, and AI/ML integration across an enterprise
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Demonstrated experience leading a Digital Engineering transformation, including digital twins, authoritative sources of truth, or simulation-driven design and verification methodologies
Demonstrated experience leading innovation and R&D projects from conception to implementation
Experience in full systems life cycle, strategic planning, and project management methodologies
Experience mentoring employees to identify value and continuous improvement performance
