- Lead a section of 8–15 systems engineers
- Hire, develop, train, and retain section talent, including university and experienced hires
- Provide leadership and direction to team members and manage employee performance
- Manage employee movement and balance resources among programs
- Resolve critical and urgent program and technical issues

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of combined technical and management experience, or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 7 years of combined technical and management experience
- Experience in Requirements and Verification, Operations Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Systems Analysis, System Architecture, Mission Integration, Model Based Systems Engineering, IFC, Specialty Engineering, or another applicable systems engineering competency
- Experience leading an engineering team or project
- Currently briefed to and supporting the applicable program statement of work
- Active USG Top Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation
- Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR) before commencement of employment and within a reasonable time determined by the company
- Excellent communication skills
