Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer for our Frisco property. You will keep all equipment in top condition, lead the engineering team, and ensure safety, cost control, and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current certifications as required (HVAC, pool, electrical).
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Financial and arithmetic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of rooms and public spaces to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule the engineering team.
• Conduct fire safety inspections and drills.
• Respond to maintenance requests and improve guest service scores.
• Patrol grounds, manage debris, Lost and Found, and maintain site.
• Access control and company representation in sensitive areas.
