Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Chief Engineer to lead building engineering and operations for Class A office spaces globally. You will drive reliability, energy efficiency and safety, managing internal teams and service partners across North America, Europe and Asia.

Ensure budgets, contracts and maintenance plans align with Capital Group standards. You’ll guide teams, coordinate vendors and regulators, and mentor engineers while driving continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years leading engineering teams in Class A office buildings.
• Deep knowledge of commercial building mechanical systems and controls.
• Proven track record coordinating vendors, consultants and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead building engineering and operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, long‑term maintenance and workplace projects.
• Ensure reliability, energy efficiency and uptime of critical systems; manage internal and external partners.
