Job summary

CBRE Chief Building Engineer Supervisor role leading a team responsible for maintenance and repair operations across facilities. You will supervise staff performance, coordinate daily activities, and develop preventive maintenance programs while ensuring safety and high-quality work.

You will manage budgets, estimate costs for projects, and respond to emergencies as needed. Senior-level leadership is expected to drive improvements across multi-discipline teams and tenant build-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and supervising supervisors.
• Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong budgeting, cost estimation, and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams on large facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing: coaching, performance evaluations, coaching opportunities, and recruiting.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and assign tasks; mentor staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Provide accurate material and labor estimates for work orders and construction projects.
• Manage facility maintenance budgets and respond to emergencies.
