Bank of America is seeking a Chief Engineer/Architect to define architectural vision for enterprise infrastructure. You will partner with engineering, operations, architecture and application teams to develop resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure capabilities that support business objectives.

You will drive architectural standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and long-term technology goals.

Formación

• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in architecture, engineering, development and deployment leadership roles.
• Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing highly resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure platforms.
• Advanced experience creating architectural diagrams, solution designs, and technical documentation using Microsoft Visio.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms, including Apache, JBoss, MuleSoft, Kafka, Liberty, and WebLogic.
• Understanding of enterprise data networking, connectivity, and distributed systems, including Oracle, MongoDB, CockroachDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, including Terraform-based automation.

• Helps select technology stacks and preferred products for solutions.
• Performs design and code reviews to meet non-functional requirements (security, performance, etc.).
• Provides end-to-end technical leadership; mitigates risks and accelerates delivery; acts as escalation point.
