1. Repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems.
2. Overseeing inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses.
3. Providing a safe environment for guests and associates.
4. Training, motivating, developing, and reviewing engineering staff.
5. Ensuring compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls.
6. Communicating effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concerns.
7. Participating in leadership development training to immerse in our company culture.
