We are hiring a Chief Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and ensure compliance with certifications and licenses.
• Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and provide a safe work environment for associates.
• Train, motivate, and review engineering staff.
• Maintain compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concerns.
