We are hiring a Chief Engineer!

Our Chief Engineering role will provide you with a venue to apply your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and preventative and reactive maintenance. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on this busy hotel property.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems.
2. Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and ensure compliance with annual certifications/licenses.
3. Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and maintain a safe work environment for associates.
4. Train, motivate, develop, and review all engineering staff.
5. Ensure compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls.
6. Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding operational concerns.
7. Participate in leadership development training and growth opportunities offered by Concord.

Pay Rate: $63,713.72 - $79,641.65 annually
