We are hiring a Chief Engineer!

Our Chief Engineering role offers a venue to apply your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and preventative and reactive maintenance. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on this busy hotel property.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses.
• Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and maintain a safe work environment for associates.
• Train, motivate, and review all engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls.
• Maintain effective communication with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concern areas.
• Participate in leadership development training as part of our commitment to growth and culture.

Pay Rate: $63,713.72 - $79,641.65 annually
