We are hiring a Chief Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses.
• Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and create a safe work environment for associates.
• Train, motivate, and review engineering staff.
• Maintain compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concerns.
• Participate in leadership development training to immerse in our company culture and explore growth opportunities.

Pay Rate: $63,713.72 - $79,641.65 annually
