Whether you're beginning your hospitality career or looking for your next opportunity, we invite you to explore available roles at Hotel Fraye and join our Pyramid Family.What you will have an opportunity to do:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Oversee performance of routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance.Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests.Ensure proper maintenance and safety of guest and employee areas.Oversee structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring.Conduct inspections to identify potential problems.Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures.Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.Strong technical skills, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.Maintenance knowledge is required.What are we looking for?Compensation:$88000.00-$98000.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
