Job summary

Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection by Hilton, within Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a motivated Bartender to deliver memorable service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, maintain bar setup, guide beverage selections, take accurate orders, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional experience. Requirements include 2-4 years bartending experience, an active certification/license, and knowledge of wines, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of bartender experience.
• Current bartenders' certification or appropriate license.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu.
• Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests.
• Be the master of the bar, understanding the details to enhance the conversation.
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
• Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits.
• Maintaining stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit and garnishes daily to ensure quality.
• Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
• Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest.
• Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment, deposits cash drops and secures bank.

Your role
