Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection by Hilton, a Pyramid property in the heart of Nashville's Midtown. The role covers routine maintenance across a dynamic hotel operation, including a full-service restaurant and event spaces.

You will address guest room issues, ensure safety of guest and staff areas, and perform structural repairs while upholding service standards and professional development opportunities within our team.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge is required.
• Strong technical skills, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance.
• Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safety of guest and employee areas.
• Oversee structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems.
• Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
