Qualifications

J.D. and active bar admission in the United States.
15+ years of legal experience in employment law and litigation.
2+ years in a senior leadership or management role.
Experience leading significant litigation and advising senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead employment law strategy and advise senior leaders.
Oversee employment and non-IP litigation strategy and outside counsel.
Guide employee relations investigations and policy development.
Collaborate with People, Compliance, Finance and other teams on risk.
Represent the Legal Leadership Team in governance matters.
